Dear Friend,
This is the 21st year for our annual golf outing. All of the net profits from the outing each year, goes to our children in the form of college scholarship assistance. Your past support, as well as your future support of this outing & our children, is greatly appreciated.
Each business sponsor receives a professionally made sign from Tradewinds Rehabilitation’s Sign Shop. There are regular Hole sponsorships for $50, Specialty Hole sponsors for $100 and Beer Cart sponsors for $100. Please consider one of these. The Specialty Hole sponsor funds the challenge prize for the hole and the Beer Cart sponsor assist with providing the drinks to the golfers.
This year, each paid foursome that is submitted/postmarked prior to July 10th will receive a special early bird prize.
Please consider golfing, purchasing a sponsorship or contributing a door prize for the outing. Additional entry forms can be found on our website. We look forward to celebrating our 21st year with each of you! For questions, call 219-730-8106.
